Gianna Rechichi is a product visionary with over 10 years’ experience and a diverse background spanning product, business development roles and legal studies. Track record in managing the end-to-end development and delivery of a portfolio of SaaS solutions across Healthcare, Legal Services, eCommerce, Finance and Commodity Trade industries.

She is deeply passionate about product, digital health solutions and behavioral change techniques. She adopts “test, measure and learn” and continuous discovery methodology to run experiments, validate hypothesis, pursue new opportunities, deliver great customer experience and value to the users and the business.

As a lead product manager, she plays a crucial role in defining the strategic vision and direction for product innovation.  

She drives discovery initiatives to understand the market landscape, customer needs, and business goals to develop a clear product strategy. By identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and exploring potential partnerships or acquisitions to drive business growth, she can create a roadmap that aligns with the overall business objectives.

2. Execution

As a lead product manager she is involved not just in defining the strategy but also ensuring roadmap execution. She is responsible for managing the product development process, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful outcomes. By establishing clear goals, setting priorities, and managing resources she oversees the development and design process. She works within short development cycles assuring iterative feedback loop (early and continuous feedback from users, customers and internal teams) and where necessary the deployment of prototypes and MVPs.

By fostering effective communication, actively engaging and building trust with stakeholders (including executives, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer support teams), she gains support and buy-in for the product strategy, resolves conflicts, and creates a collaborative environment where everyone is aligned towards the common goal.
